The FOL-KEY49 is a 49-key foldable MIDI keyboard controller featuring full-sized, velocity-sensitive keys. It is equipped with a touchpad controller—which can function for pitch bend and modulation, or as an X-Y pad for control change messages—along with two knobs and three push-button switches.
Despite its simple layout, the combination of keys and buttons allows for the transmission of a wide variety of MIDI data. The keyboard also includes a scale function, making it easy to perform phrases based on various musical scales, including those found in traditional or folk music. Furthermore, with built-in Bluetooth MIDI (BLE-MIDI) capability and a rechargeable internal battery, it offers a completely wireless MIDI control environment.
