Q & A

Q) Some keys do not produce any sound.

A) Please perform a factory reset. To do so, hold down both the "OCT+" and "OCT-" buttons while turning on the power. This may resolve the issue.

Q) There is a delay when using a Bluetooth connection.

A) Bluetooth connections inherently involve some latency. If you find the delay noticeable, please use a USB or MIDI connection instead.

Q) The MIDI connection adapter is not included.

A) We sincerely apologize for this. Although the adapter is listed as an included accessory in the manual, it has since been changed to an optional item (sold separately). Please purchase the MIDI conversion adapter (Type-A; model number: FKMC1).
